Genesys Studio Legacy Migration
Forty 7 Ronin has deep expertise in migrating Genesys Studio applications into Genesys Composer to run under Genesys 8x. In addition, we make every effort to reuse as much of the original application as we can, such as audio, grammars, and backend calls.
This process involves three major steps:
- Document the existing Genesys Studio application functionality as it is in production today. (This includes making sure reporting isn’t impacted.)
- Recreate the application and leverage as much of the existing components as possible.
- Test, test and more test — we want to validate that the same functionality is there.
